Social and Behavior Change Communication

The C-Change Namibia Final Report summarizes the three-year Associate Award implemented in Namibia from October 2012 to September 2014. The Associate Award continued under the C-Change Leader With Associates project from July 2008 to September 2012. The goal of the Associate Award was to decrease morbidity and mortality with an emphasis on women, children, and underserved populations.

The C-Change DRC Final Report summarizes the three-year Associate Award from August 1, 2012 to July 31, 2015. C-Change worked with USAID/DRC’s Integrated Health Project (IHP), Integrated HIV/AIDS Project (ProViC), and other partners to increase the capacity of communities to change health behaviors, increase uptake of community-based services, and achieve improved health practices.

The C-Change Final Report details the SBCC capacity strengthening, implementation, and research work carried out by the C-Change Project from October 2007 through December 31, 2012.

 The C-Change project was tasked by USAID/Washington to carry out a rapid study to improve understanding of current health communication capacity in six developing countries: the DRC, Ethiopia, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, and South Africa.
